The lay of the land

Start with the practical picture.

Where it sits

Biltmore generally centers on the Camelback Road and 24th Street area, with the Arizona Biltmore, Biltmore Fashion Park, the Arizona Canal, and nearby Piestewa Peak serving as recognizable anchors.

Housing character

Housing ranges from condominiums and high-rise residences to townhomes, golf-oriented communities, gated enclaves, and single-family neighborhoods. Ownership structures and monthly fees vary widely across the area.

Everyday patterns

How the area connects.

Daily life

The corridor offers a dense concentration of restaurants, resorts, offices, shopping, fitness, and services. It is urban in convenience while still close to canal paths and the Phoenix Mountains Preserve.

Getting around

State Route 51 is the nearest major north-south freeway, while Camelback Road, Lincoln Drive, and 24th Street carry much of the local movement. The exact side of the corridor can make a meaningful difference at peak times.

Outside

Nearby options include the Arizona Canal path, Piestewa Peak and surrounding preserve trails, golf, and resort recreation. Camelback Mountain is also accessible from the east-central part of the city.

Before choosing an address

Questions worth asking.

  1. 01

Compare association fees, building services, and use restrictions carefully when evaluating condominiums or gated communities.

  2. 02

The Biltmore name is used broadly in marketing, so confirm the property’s actual location and nearby roads.

  3. 03

Resort, golf, office, and retail activity can affect traffic patterns differently throughout the week.
